Option 2: You can register by mail. Please click here to view a copy of the 2012 Event Form. You will need to print this form out and mail it to the Treasurer at the address provided at the bottom of this page. The form should be printed in landscape mode. If you use Internet Explorer, you can achieve this by clicking the "Preferences" button in the print window, and then selecting "Landscape." The procedure is similar in other browsers.

Once printed, mail the completed form along with all applicable entry fees the address listed.
